We find what’s slowing
your business,
including what you
have stopped noticing.

Who is Ramesh ?

Ramesh is not real;
but the problems are.

He represents the experienced managers, owners and workers we’ve met across different businesses.

After an experienced career, he keeps seeing the same problems wherever he works. He isn’t frustrated—just curious about why they keep happening.

Here are things he noticed

Ten enquiries
came in on Monday.

By Friday nobody could tell the owner what happened to six of them.

Why?

One person
always got special treatment.

He knew everything about the business, and he handled the critical things himself.

Everyone called him the seth’s right hand. Nobody ever wrote down what he knew.

The owner’s job
was to delegate.

And then to call twenty times asking for updates on the things he delegated.

Why?

They bought
software to build
a system.

Then the staff had to learn the software. Then the owner had to learn the software.

Wasn’t it supposed to make the job easier? Soon a jugaad happened, in a notebook.

The same numbers went into four places.

Four registers, four times over. The company hired an extra person to do exactly this.

Why?

When it broke,
the junior-most person got scolded.

It was not his mistake. It was never going to be his mistake.

Chalta hai. And so it kept going.

The list doesn’t end at six.

Every business works differently, but many face similar everyday problems. We’ve shared what Ramesh noticed. Now we’d like to hear what you’ve noticed.

What’s happening in your business?

Tell us about one recurring problem that slows down your work, creates confusion or keeps getting ignored.

If something isn’t working for your people, it isn’t working for your business.
Let’s fix it together.

We are a human-centered design and product studio.

We watch before we build.

We sit with the work as it actually happens, not as the org chart describes it.

We build for the person who uses it.

Not for the person who signs the cheque. If your user can’t use it in five minutes, we built it wrong.

We stay till it’s being used.

Handover is not delivery. Delivery is the day your people stop going back to the old way.
